Bamboo Thai Bistro

The Basil Fried Rice was very good. The tofu was cooked perfectly crisp. The basil, green onion and bell pepper flavors made the meal. The Green Curry with chicken was probably the best Thai dish I have ever had. The curry sauce was rich, slightly sweet with complex flavors. I had it at level 3 heat and it was perfect. It had just enough heat to have a bite, but mild enough to not mask any of the wonderful flavors. This was like eating biscuits and gravy. Once you start there is no stopping until your plate is clean! Wow!

●Our Waiter Ken is both a doer and a listener. Professionally serving us, attentive to our needs. ●The musical atmosphere is soothing.●When in town, we'll continue to go out of our way to dine at Bamboo Thai Bistro. ●Finally, we observed many satisfied customers pick up take out food.

Good place for Thai food. Good service.
